Airport shuttle
The organizers have arranged for a shuttle service to A Zambezi River Lodge and Rainbow Hotels only. For participants staying at other hotels separate arrangements will need to be made with their respective hotels.
For AZambezi Rivers Lodge and Rainbow Hotel, the shuttle operates at regular intervals between the hotel and the airport. Please share your itinerary with the organizers for planning of pick up times.

Visa Requirements for Zimbabwe
Visas for Zimbabwe are issued based on different categories as follows:
Category ‘A’ – Those who do not need visas to enter Zimbabwe
Category ‘B” – Those who may be issued with a visa at any port of entry after paying the requisite visa fee, or they can apply online.
Category ‘C’ – Those that are required to pay for and obtain your visa before you travel to Zimbabwe.
Single and double entry visas are available at port of entry into Zimbabwe. For multiple entry visas it is necessary to apply before travel.

How Much Do Zimbabwe Visas Cost?
Visa prices can range from USD30 to USD160 depending on the type of visa requested. A single entry visa issued on arrival starts at $30. Visa extensions are possible for both of these visas.
We strongly advise visitors who wish to pay on arrival to have cash for their visas, in case the credit card machines are not working due to network problems. Category C nationals who applied for a visa online will pay for the visa during the online application.

Medical Requirements
Proof of yellow fever vaccination may be required for entry to Zimbabwe. Make sure you are vaccinated before entering the country if you are coming from a region with yellow fever. Malaria is widespread during the rainy season and prevalent all year round in the Zambezi valley and Kariba. Resistance to chloroquin has been reported. Consult your doctor about prophylactics.
